Blue Point Coastal Cuisine was the first seafood restaurant and oyster bar to open in San Diego's Historic Gaslamp Quarter and has been receiving accolades ever since. Blue Point exudes elegance with its rich cherry wood interior complemented by polished brass railings and pillowy black leather booths. Sophistication emanates from this San Francisco-style supper club.
Executive Chef Jonathan Hale's first love is preparing excellent cuisine and his passion is evident in Blue Point's superior menu. Hale selects only the best seafood, oysters and meats from coast to coast each day to use in dishes such as Grilled Hawaiian Ahi with wild mushrooms and ginger butter, Citrus-Marinated Swordfish with citrus emulsion, and Roasted Rack of Lamb. A traditional oyster bar defines Blue Point as an authentic seafood restaurant. The oyster bar menu features fresh oyster appetizers and specialty shooters.
Blue Point is open for dinner nightly at 5pm. Reservations Recommended.
